I ensure that you have the tools and strategies to make your workplace somewhere where neurodiverse people can flourish. As someone who was later diagnosed with Dyspraxia and ADHD, I understand the challenges of being neurodivergent.

Neurodiversity Awareness

This course helps everyone attending to understand neurodiverse conditions and how they can impact individuals. I also shared my lived experience of Dyspraxia & ADHD.
By understanding more about the conditions, learners will develop a better appreciation of the challenges that can be faced by neurodivergent individuals in the home, school, and the workplace.
The session will also explore interventions that can be used to support neurodiverse individuals.
Learners will also explore steps that can be taken to make interactions and environments more accommodating for those with neurodiverse conditions so that their experiences are more positive and rewarding and their skills are appreciated and recognised.

ADHD Awareness

This training session covers ADHD .

 People with ADHD can be inattentive, impulsive, and hyperactive. Those with this learning difference can create unique advantages by bringing energy and new approaches to academic or work life. 

Dyspraxia typically affects someone’s ability to process actions, usually affecting coordination and movement.

The session will also explore interventions that can be used to support neurodiverse individuals.

Learners will also explore steps that can be taken to make interactions and environments more accommodating for those with neurodiverse conditions so that their experiences are more positive and rewarding and their skills are appreciated and recognised.

Dyspraxia/ DCD Awareness

This training session covers Dyspraxia / DCD

Dyspraxia typically affects someone’s ability to process actions, usually affecting coordination and movement. The session will also explore interventions that can be used to support neurodiverse individuals.

Learners will also explore steps that can be taken to make interactions and environments more accommodating for those with neurodiverse conditions so that their experiences are more positive and rewarding and their skills are appreciated and recognised.

Autism Awareness

This training session covers Autism.

Autism is a spectrum condition, which means that people with Autism experience their condition differently. People with Autism may have difficulty with communication and interpreting subtle interactions.

The session will also explore interventions that can be used to support neurodiverse individuals.
Learners will also explore steps that can be taken to make interactions and environments more accommodating for those with neurodiverse conditions so that their experiences are more positive and rewarding and their skills are appreciated and recognised.

Dyslexia Dyscalculia & Tourette’s Syndrome Awareness

This training session covers Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Tourette’s Syndrome.

Dyslexia typically affects someone’s ability to read or write accurately. People with Dyslexia can also experience challenges with information processing, short-term memory, and timekeeping.

People with Dyscalculia can struggle to understand number concepts, and perform calculations and computations. A person with dyscalculia can also struggle with time, measurement, and spatial reasoning. It is not IQ dependent. It is a brain-based learning difference.

Tourette’s Syndrome Awareness

Tourette’s syndrome is a neurological disorder characterised by repetitive involuntary movements and vocalisations called tics. The symptoms start showing between the ages of three and nine. Tics come and go over time, varying in type, frequency, location, and severity.

The session will also explore interventions that can be used to support neurodiverse individuals .

Learners will also explore steps that can be taken to make interactions and environments more accommodating for those with neurodiverse conditions so that their experiences  are more positive and rewarding and their skills are appreciated and recognised.
