Hi, I’m Victoria.
My passion for this work comes from lived experience.
For much of my life, I navigated the world with undiagnosed dyspraxia, ADHD and autistic traits — working hard, striving to succeed, yet often feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood and exhausted.
I believe wellbeing must come before success.
When we don’t understand how our brains work, we can end up blaming ourselves for struggles that are actually the result of unsupported environments.
That belief now underpins everything I do.
I support neurodivergent individuals and organisations to create conditions where different brains can thrive — through understanding, psychological safety and genuine wellbeing, not pressure or fixing.
Whether you are commissioning training for your organisation, supporting neurodivergent employees, or looking to build internal capability, my services are grounded in neuroscience, lived experience and a strengths-based approach.
It’s clear that it’s more important than ever to ensure that your staff has the tools and support they need to manage mental health in the workplace.

What my happy customers have to say
“Victoria is one of the kindest, most inspiring educators and activists I have had the pleasure of working with. Her passion for inspiring her students while at Coleg Gwent saw them develop into impactful, impressive young people with a desire to help others. She empowered her learners, ensuring they received the same opportunities as all other pupils and setting them up for successful futures. She now lends this passion to mental health, and I feel confident that she will empower any young people with whom she works in the same way she has always done. Her empathetic but academic approach is well-suited for a variety of young people, and her personal commitment will ensure she connects with her learners.”
“Victoria delivered mental health and wellbeing in the workplace session for staff at our organisation. It was such an engaging and informative workshop, with plenty of thought-provoking discussions and activities. Staff all commented on how relaxed they felt after the session and we had plenty of ideas on how to implement better mental health and wellbeing practices into the organisation and also in our personal lives. Would highly recommend, thank you so much Victoria.”
“Victoria delivered the whole school INSET on trauma and the impact of Covid-19, which offered staff an excellent understanding of what to expect with pupils and why, as well as practical solutions to support both pupils and staff during these difficult times. An excellent piece of training, well supported by very good resources to help staff plan and prepare. Highly recommended.”
“Victoria worked closely with me to develop a bespoke course for our mental health champions, she understood my vision and has now trained around 50 champions in the organisation. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none and I am delighted that we will be working together again in the new year to train our third cohort.”
“Victoria ran some superb online sessions on Wellbeing for our staff during lockdown. We look forward to her visit in the new year to follow up on this with further face-to-face sessions with our staff.”
“Torfaen Council is a better place after the amazing courses run by Victoria. Very highly recommended by all staff. Thank you again!!”
“Victoria has a calming and peaceful demeanour and I felt safe to discuss what I needed support with within my workplace. Victoria gave huge support, sharing with me vast amounts of useful information, advice, strategies based around my diagnosis and needs. Victoria really has been a breath of fresh air, she has helped me understand so much about myself and given me such confidence and resilience to turn my neurodiversity into positives. I honestly cannot recommend Victoria enough.”
“Victoria was assigned to me as my ADHD coach a year ago and I am so grateful to have met her! She has helped me grow in confidence and has taught me different tools and techniques to help me in areas I struggle. Victoria talks to me like a friend so I’ve always felt extremely comfortable with her. I couldn’t recommend Victoria enough!”
“I thoroughly enjoyed the session and came away inspired to share key learning with others. Being neurodivergent and diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I feel like my brain is a sponge, wanting to learn and understand more. Being able to be myself in the workplace is key to my psychological safety, without fear of judgement or fear of being labelled as ‘too much’.”

Why Neurodiversity Support Should Be A Priority In Workplaces In 2024
As I launch into training in 2024 I am reminded that neurodivergence is a key priority for workplaces. Being diagnosed with Dypraxia and ADHD in my fifties I am all too aware how being unaware of neurodiversity at work and unsupported can cause major problems...
