Multi-Award-Winning Neurodiversity & Wellbeing Trainer | ADHD & Neurodiversity Coach

Hi, I’m Victoria.

My passion for this work comes from lived experience.
For much of my life, I navigated the world with undiagnosed dyspraxia, ADHD and autistic traits — working hard, striving to succeed, yet often feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood and exhausted.

I believe wellbeing must come before success.
When we don’t understand how our brains work, we can end up blaming ourselves for struggles that are actually the result of unsupported environments.

That belief now underpins everything I do.
I support neurodivergent individuals and organisations to create conditions where different brains can thrive — through understanding, psychological safety and genuine wellbeing, not pressure or fixing.

My Story

I studied at Exeter University progressing to Cardiff University to complete my postgraduate training.

Award-winning speaker, lecturer and consultant specialising in Mental and Emotional Health,  Neurodiversity and Corporate Wellbeing.

With over 25 years of experience and lived experience of ADHD, Dyspraxia and Autistic traits, I bring both professional expertise and authentic understanding to my neurodiversity coaching and training work. I am able to comprehend the complex nature of ensuring good mental health, neurodiversity support and wellbeing in those around us.

I provide bespoke neurodiversity coaching, AUDHD and ADHD coaching programmes, psychological safety training, and workplace wellbeing programmes to fit your organisation’s needs. I have worked with the UK Parliament, Ministry of Defence, NHS Trusts, Admiral Insurance, and many other leading organisations. All my training aims to not only provide knowledge, but to empower individuals and organisations with the tools to become resilient, neuroinclusive and maintain wellbeing

I am proud to state that both my training and public speaking is very well received, the feedback is regularly rated ‘excellent’.

I have won a number of awards and been commended for work for mental health campaigning. From winning FE lecturer of the year 2020, an Amazing Women Award 2019 and being celebrated by The Independent Newspaper Happy List 2018 – for outstanding contribution to the community, celebrating my mental health, wellbeing work.

My Values & Beliefs

I have enjoyed a diverse and varied career. Central to all my work has been the desire to empower neurodivergent individuals and organisations with the tools to understand, support and embrace neurodiversity, creating environments where everyone can thrive.
