Neurodiversity-Affirming Coaching
I offer neurodiversity-affirming coaching grounded in neuroscience, supporting adults to understand how their brains work, reduce overwhelm and build sustainable wellbeing — without trying to change who they are.
My coaching recognises that many challenges faced by neurodivergent people are responses to environments that are not designed for different brains, not personal deficits.
Available for Access to Work employees. Diagnosed or undiagnosed.
Who This Coaching Is For
This coaching may be right for you if you:
- are ADHD, AuDHD, autistic, dyspraxic or dyslexic (diagnosed or self-identified)
- were diagnosed late and are making sense of your experiences
- feel capable but constantly exhausted or overwhelmed
- are struggling with work demands, burnout or masking
- want understanding, clarity and self-compassion — not fixing
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.
How This Coaching Helps
Coaching focuses on:
- understanding your brain and nervous system
- reducing cognitive load and overwhelm
- emotional regulation and energy management
- rebuilding confidence after burnout or chronic stress
- developing strategies that work with your brain, not against it
All work is trauma-aware, strengths-based and practical.
Grounded in Neuroscience and Lived Experience
My approach is informed by:
- neuroscience of stress, safety and regulation
- coaching psychology
- trauma-informed practice
- lived experience of ADHD and dyspraxia
This means we work with what is happening in your nervous system, not just behaviours or productivity.
